RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
Dash of salt

Stir together rice and water. Heat to boiling, stir once or twice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 14 minutes.

In separate yolks and add to the blended ingredients. Stir in rice, lemon juice and raisins. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place in pan of hot water 1 inch deep. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally every 1/2 hour.
