RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
2 beaten eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Beat all together. Mix 3 cups cut up rhubarb into this mixture. Pour into unbaked crust and top with crust. Seal edges and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
