JERKY MARINADE | |
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp. soy sauce 2 (16 oz.) jars Pace picante sauce 1 medium onion, chopped (optional) 2 medium semi-hot peppers, chopped (optional) 1 small (8 oz.) bottle liquid smoke 2 tsp. brown sugar 1 jar jalapenos (optional) 4 tsp. teriyaki sauce Slice meat thin ( a meat slicer works well). Put all jalapeno juice in and cut up a few jalapenos, depending on how hot you want taste (optional). Marinate for 3 to 4 days in juice mixture. Place on trays of a food dehydrator and cook for 8 hours rotating trays every two hours, top to bottom. This will do 5 pounds of meat, venison or beef. Mr. Coffee has a food dehydrator on the market that has a blower fan and works real well. |
