SWEET POTATO PIE 
8 lg. sweet potatoes
1 box (pkg.) brown sugar
1 stick of butter
1 squeezed lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Sprinkle of ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 8 sweet potatoes coated lightly with Crisco shortening. Cook until soft, take out, cool, then peel. When all 8 sweet potatoes are peeled, then mash these potatoes into a smooth look. Combine the rest of the ingredients: butter, brown sugar, lemon, vanilla, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon. After that pour in pre-made pie crust. Smooth top for even look. Put the pie in oven until done.
