COCO CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 eggs (separated, if you want it for the top)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, yolks of eggs, salt and milk. Cook until thick. Stir constantly. Add flavoring and pour into a baked pie shell. Cover with a meringue made by beating the whites of the eggs until stiff; adding 1/4 cup of sugar to the egg whites. Bake until brown. You can use whipped cream and not beat the egg whites.
