QUESADILLAS | |
10 flour tortillas Bacon grease Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated Garlic powder Oregano Green chiles (whole if possible and cut in thin strips) Heat a cast iron skillet hot. Grease with bacon fat (just enough to coat skillet). Place tortillas on skillet but be careful not to burn them. Flip tortillas and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder; add chiles and grated cheese. Fold in half and cook on skillet until cheese melts. You may serve them whole or cut into wedges (3 per tortilla). |
