FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. butter
3 egg whites
3/4 c. granulated sugar
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (partially thawed - pieces)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 oz. whipped topping

In bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, walnuts, butter. Spread evenly in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven. Cool. Sprinkle 2/3 crumb mixture in bottom of same pan; reserving remaining mixture.

In large bowl combine egg whites, sugar, berries, lemon juice; beat on low speed until mixture begins to thicken (2 minutes), then beat at high speed until peaks form (10-12 minutes). Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over crumbs. Top with reserved crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
