SAUCY MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. frozen ground turkey (thawed)
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (more if needed)
1 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 lg. egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together into 2 loaves. Put in greased dish with lid. (I use Corning Ware - large square ones.) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes without lid. Mix sauce in meantime, then add 1/2 amount of sauce and cover. Cook for 1/2 hour. Add remaining sauce; cook with lid for 15 more minutes. Pour sauce over potatoes or noodles if desired.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
Water to equal 2 c. liquid
