GRAPENUT CUSTARD PUDDING 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. Grapenuts (not flakes)
4 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla
1 speck salt

Butter a 2 quart glass baking dish. Mix well the eggs, sugar, Grapenuts, salt and scalded milk.

Place glass dish in pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Test with silver knife. When knife comes out clean, pudding is done.
