DAYTONA BEACH SHRIMP MOLD 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 can tomato soup
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. gelatin
2 lbs. cooked and cleaned shrimp

Heat soup and dissolve in it the cheese. Add the chopped vegetables and gradually stir in the gelatin which has been softened in 1/4 cup cold water and dissolved over boiling water. (Double boiler will do fine.)

Add shrimp and mayonnaise. Place in greased mold and allow to congeal in refrigerator.
