GREEN BEANS CASSEROLE 
2 cans French green beans
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
Pepper
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese

Blend butter, flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Add sour cream and onion; beat until blended. Add beans and 1/2 of the cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
