1/4 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter and brown sugar. Let bubble 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 c. water and milk, Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Beat in sugar. Add vanilla. |
