3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and applesauce. Mix well. Add flour and spices. Mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls.

Bake at 350°F on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
