1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white) Bake in 9x13 inch pan (about 10-15 minutes). If you want a thicker dessert, two mixes may be used. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Mix 2 cups milk into the cream cheese and beat about 2 minutes. Add 1 (3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding (may vary flavors) to the cream cheese-milk mixture and beat 2 minutes more. Drain 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple; put pudding mixture over cooled cake, then spread the drained pineapple over pudding. When serving, top with Cool Whip, nuts, cherries, coconut, etc. Keep refrigerated. |
