SHARON'S SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked & well drained 3 eggs, lightly beaten 16 oz. creamy cottage cheese 1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated Add spices to taste: pepper, nutmeg, lemon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until knife or tester inserted in center of pan is clean. |
