SHARON'S TURKEY DRESSING 
2 lg. loaves white bread
2 stalks celery, diced
2 lg. onions, diced
1/2 c. walnuts
4 tbsp. sage
2 tsp. salt
Turkey giblets
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook giblets, one hour, in 5 quart saucepan. Remove giblets and cut in small pieces, reserve liquid. Cook celery and onion in small saucepan, use approximately 2 cups water, until tender. Toast bread on both sides. Tear in small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour reserved liquid over - mix well. Spoon on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve. This recipe suitable for stuffing turkey.
