AUNT SHARON'S APRICOT NUTBALLS 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. shredded coconut
2 c. quick cooking oats

Beat butter until creamy. Add preserves and lemon juice. Stir in coconut and oats. Shape into balls and roll in finely ground nuts. Keep refrigerated.
