OVERNIGHT AU GRATINS 
2 c. milk
2/3 lb. Velveeta (chunk it)
1 stick butter
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lb. bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns (partially thawed)

Combine the milk, Velveeta, butter and Cheddar in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until melted. Put the hash browns in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Pour the milk and cheese mixture over the hash browns. Do Not Stir. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-7.
