POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns 1 can cream of potato soup 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. celery, minced 1 can cream of celery soup 1 carton sour cream 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated Salt & Pepper to taste Mix potatoes, soup and sour cream; add salt, pepper, onion and celery; add butter. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. |
