BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg.
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. milk
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni as directed on package, draining well. In a saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese.

Combine sauce and macaroni and turn into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

This recipe can be cut in half to make a smaller amount.
