LEMON BUTTER ASPARAGUS (Or
Zucchini)
 
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 lbs. asparagus (or zucchini, sliced)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. salt
Toasted sesame seeds

Melt butter in 12 inch skillet. Add asparagus, lemon juice and salt. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat until asparagus is tender crisp turning occasionally. Remove to platter. Place sesame seeds on aluminum foil in toaster oven and toast lightly. Sprinkle vegetables with toasted sesame seeds. Serves 4.
