LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN 
butter
Salt
Pepper
Dill Weed
Minced dry onions
Lemon juice

Melt 3 parts butter to 1 part lemon juice in saucepan. Put chicken (skin side down) in narrow pan. Pour melted butter-lemon over chicken. Put salt, pepper, dill weed, minced onions over chicken.

Bake 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Turn chicken over. Put on remaining butter-lemon, salt, pepper, dill weed and minced onions. Baste several times while baking another 30 minutes.

I pour the drippings from pan onto vegetables, rice, etc.
