LEMON SAUCED CAKE 
1 c. cold milk
3/4 c. lite corn syrup
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 c. broken pecans
2 tsp. lemon juice

Stir milk and syrup into pudding mix. Beat thoroughly. Stir in nuts and lemon juice. Serve over Angel food or pound cake.
