3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. can coconut
2 mashed bananas or 2 diced apples
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. nuts

Use large bowl and put all ingredients into bowl in the order given and let stand 2 minutes. Use a spoon only to mix. Do not beat. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
