JELLY ROLL 
4 egg yolks

Beat until very light.

3/4 c. sugar

Gradually add to egg yolks.

1 tsp. vanilla

Add to sugar and egg mixture.

3/4 c. sifted cake flour

Sift again along with:

3/4 tsp. baking powder

Add to egg yolk mixture.

4 egg whites

Beat until stiff but not dry. Fold into above mixture.

Grease 15 x 10 inch pan and line with wax paper. Bake at 375 degrees for about 13 minutes. Turn out onto cloth sprinkling with powdered sugar. Roll and let cool. After it has cooled unroll and add raspberry jelly or lemon filling. Then roll again.
