JELLY ROLL DELIGHT 
12 egg yolks
1 whole egg
6 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2/3 c. strawberry preserves
Powdered sugar

Beat all egg yolks and whole egg until thick. Add cold water, beat and add 1 cup sugar. Beat well. Fold in flour and baking powder. Line 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch baking pan with wax paper. Grease wax paper. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Loosen edges of cake from pan; invert on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Carefully remove wax paper. Roll cake and towel from narrow end. Cool completely. Unroll cake and remove towel. Spread with jelly. Roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
