JELLY ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until light. Beat in sugar, water and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat into egg mixture all at once. Beat until smooth. Pour into paper (waxed) lined jelly roll pan. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes. Remove immediately onto powder sugar "floured" towel. Roll & let cool. Unroll and fill with jam or jelly. Re-roll and dust with powdered sugar.
