WALDORF CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pt. cranberry cocktail
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. broken walnuts

Heat 1 cup of cranberry-juice cocktail just to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice; add remaining juice and salt. Chill until partially set.

Stir in apple, celery, and nuts. Chill until firm.
