CARAMEL BROWNIES 
14 oz. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. milk chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk, melt over low heat, keep warm.

By hand, mix cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, butter, and nuts. Spread half of dough in prepared pan. Bake 6 minutes. Sprinkle on chips. Spread caramel mixture on, crumble balance of cake mixture on top. Bake 20 minutes.
