CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix evaporated milk, cake mix, and melted butter. Spread half of batter into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Melt caramels in evaporated milk. Spread over baked cake. Add chocolate chips on top of caramels. Put rest of cake batter on top. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool, cut in 2-inch squares.
