CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 bag caramels
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix the cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread half this mixture in an ungreased 9"x13"x2" pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels in a pan over low heat with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Spread this evenly over top of baked cake mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of caramel. Crumble rest of cake mix on top of that. Bake 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
