INSIDE-OUT RAVIOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
Garlic
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (1 lb.) can spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
7 oz. (2 c. raw) elbow macaroni, cooked
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. shredded bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Cook spinach; reserve liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Stir liquid, tomato paste, sauce and spaghetti sauce into meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and salad oil. Put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
