KREPLACH 
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 egg
1 onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper

Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and flour gradually to make a stiff dough, use more flour if necessary.

Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut into 2 inch squares.

Combine meat with egg and seasoning. Place a spoonful of mixture onto squares.

Fold dough over meat, forming a triangle. Press edges together firmly.

Drop into boiling salted water or broth and boil about 10 minutes. Drain and add to hot chicken soup.
