SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
6 oz. fettucini
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flakes or Chunks
1 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned. Add Crab Delights, half and half, and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes, or until mixture just begins to bubble, stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan cheese; stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Toss Crab Delights sauce with fettucini. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan, if desired. 4 (1 cup) servings.
