DECADENT CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1 (24 oz.) jar cherry pie filling (or 21 oz. can plus 3 tbsp. water)
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten

FROSTING:

1 c. granulated sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cake: Combine cake ingredients in a large bowl. stir by hand until well mixed. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 40-50 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Frosting: Combine sugar, butter and milk in a small saucepan. Heat to boiling on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Pour over cake and allow to cool.
