EILEEN'S CHOCOLATE DECADENT CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Put first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients and beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Last, add the boiling water - mixture will be thin. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with - Cool Whip, whipped cream or whipped cream and raspberries. Just plain is delicious too, or vanilla ice cream.
