SAVORY BURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. can Veg-All, drained
10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)

Brown beef and onion. Drain; add seasonings. Stir in Veg-All, soup, mushrooms. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with biscuits or mashed potatoes.
