APPLE FILLED MEAT LOAF 
2 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. packaged dry herb stuffing
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) unsweetened apples, drain and chop
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 onion, minced
3/4 c. catsup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape in 1 or 2 loaves. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
