ORIENTAL SESAME CHICKEN 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored rice, cooked
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, cooked

Cut each chicken breast into 1 inch strips. Toss with soy sauce and oil, set aside. Toss sesame seeds in large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly. Turn seeds out into a small plate, set aside. Add chicken mixture to skillet, stir-fry until browned and tender (approximately 7 minutes). Stir in lemon juice and garlic.

Place rice onto a large serving platter. Arrange broccoli spears around rice and place chicken mixture over rice and sprinkle with reserved sesame seeds. Yield: 4 servings.
