ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
1 bell pepper
1 onion top
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can chicken broth (or 1 c. water with 1 chicken bouillon cube)
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 sm. can chicken
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 stick butter
Tony's seasoning, to taste

Mix ingredients together.

In rice cooker; place in cooker and set to "cook". Dish is done when cooker goes off.

In microwave: Add 1 cup water with above ingredients. Place in a deep casserole dish; cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Stir; cook on MEDIUM for an additional 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
