PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
32 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 qt. ice cream
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/3 c. milk
Baking chocolate
Whipped topping

Crush Ritz crackers. Mix with melted butter and pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix pudding with milk, blend in softened ice cream. Spread over baked crust. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or until set.

Spread with layer of whipped topping and put shaved baking chocolate on for garnish.
