SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 
70 Better Cheddars snack thins, finely rolled (about 1 c. crumbs)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (12 oz.) jar Ortega thick and chunky salsa (hot, med., or mild)
2 lbs. chicken wings, halved and tips discarded

In small shallow dish, combine cracker crumbs and chili powder; set aside.

Place 3/4 cup salsa in shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in salsa; roll in cracker mixture. Place on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown, turning after 15 minutes. Serve hot with remaining salsa.
