SPICY FRIED CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Red pepper
Salt
1 c. flour
Black pepper
Oil
2 brown paper bags

Take chicken and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, red pepper and salt. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour, but the longer the better. Remove and heat oil on high. Take 2 sandwich size brown paper bags and put one inside the other.

Combine salt, flour, black pepper and red pepper (use peppers according to taste). Coat chicken. Fry on high for 15 minutes and turn heat down to medium and fry chicken on the other side for 10 minutes.
