1 pt. cottage cheese
3 egg yolks (beat with fork)
Pinch of salt
A few drops of lemon Adams extract
3/4 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients together and put in unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until crust looks done. Then beat 3 egg whites stiff add sugar and put on pie and brown.
