SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
Juice from 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
10 slices fresh white bread, cubed
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained

Mix together the eggs, butter, milk, sugar and pineapple juice. Stir in bread cubes and pineapple chunks. Bake, uncovered in a greased 9"x12" loaf pan at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 10.
