SWEET/SOUR DRESSING FOR CABBAGE 
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 med. onion, cut in chunks
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine oil, sugar, salt, dry mustard, and onion in blender. Blend until creamy and no pieces of onion remain. Slowly add vinegar, then add celery seed. Blend well. Put in jar and refrigerate until ready to use. If it separates, put back in blender for a few minutes. Pour over chopped cabbage.
