Makes about 1 cup.

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot bottled pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a jar with screw-top lid. Shake well. Refrigerate. Pour over mixed greens and toss.
