GREAT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 c. each broccoli & cauliflower
1 c. each raw julienne carrots, chopped celery & red pepper

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt
Pepper

Mix, chill and serve.
