TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 lb. tortellini

DRESSING:

1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dijon mustard
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. mayo
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. chopped broccoli

Under cook slightly the tortellini. Mix with drained, chopped broccoli.

Mix dressing ingredients together in small bowl, combine with tortellini and broccoli. Serve cold.

For variation you can add pimento, pea pods, chunks of cheese or diced meat.
