DEERBURGER SKILLET MEAL 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground venison
1/2 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3/4 c. water
3 oz. noodles, uncooked

Melt butter in large fry pan. Add venison; brown. Add onion and green pepper until onion is light brown. Add tomatoes, pepper, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Spread uncooked noodles over top. Cover tightly. Simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Other kinds of meat may be used if desired.
